r00t from Csorna, Hungarynow it's better, but you'd go closer. do you have extension tubes set? 30 May 2009 5:49am @r00t: nope i dont have anything. i hope i get one soon @Standley: thank you @Lash: thanks LESLIE from norwich, United KingdomIts its better --but you really need a dedicated macro lens for these types of images 30 May 2009 6:15am @LESLIE: yes, i am practicing with an old one till i get a new one Nina from Haute Loire, FranceYes! You seem to get closer to each other for the best! 30 May 2009 7:39am @Nina: merci @Kasra: thank you Ken from United StatesYes, better. And nice leaf edge composition... But sometimes it is pure luck for me. 30 May 2009 8:58am @Ken: i agree, thanks @Lylou & Roland: thanks Xavier from Troyes, FranceIt's not easy to get fine delailed picture of a bug with a 300mm lens, you've got to get a 105mm Macro lens :-) Anyway not so bad work ! I love the greentones too ! 30 May 2009 10:35am @Xavier: thanks, yes it is hard, i am glad you like it, i will try better Betty from New Jersey, United StatesNice composition with the leaf edge. I agree with the others about the macro lens. 30 May 2009 11:38am @Betty: yes i agree too, but my money doesn't @kerfendal: thanks David from Bath, United KingdomWell I'm impressed :D I love the integration of nature's 'design' and man-made design of the lense. 30 May 2009 12:20pm @David: cool comment Pied Crow from Nairobi, KenyaI like the saw-toothed edge of the leaf, and the terrific colors. If you don't want to invest in a macro lens, you can try a macro filter, less expensive. You will get better results than this, though not as fab as with a dedicated lens. 30 May 2009 1:02pm @Pied Crow: yes, those lenses are expensive, right now it is a hobby as soon as i make money i will spend to buy a macro lends @amirreza: sepas @Moridi: thanks @yiannis krikis: thanks sawsengee from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysiaimpressive colours & composition for a macro but the focus which I believe is the fly, lacks critical sharpness......just a friendly opinion 30 May 2009 3:32pm @sawsengee: yes it is completely right, i am working on that and asking for help, thanks for the opinion @Alain Berger - vu@granby: thanks Andy from United StatesIt is better but still not quite sharp enough on the bug IMO. Still it has great colors and I like ll the details on the leaf. 30 May 2009 4:01pm @Andy: yes i need more work, thanks marc battault from clermont ferrand, Francewhat I find beautiful in your macro it is this composition, leaves and the beautiful depth of field, it is wonderful that they, Medhi! 30 May 2009 7:35pm @marc battault: thanks, i hope it is gettting better mo.langel from Courtelary, SwitzerlandSuperbe macro, très belles couleurs!!! Bravo! 30 May 2009 8:48pm @mo.langel: thanks you, merci Anna.C from LA ROCHELLE, Francesure it's better ! in spite of a lack of sharpness and definition, I like the composition on the edge of the leaf. nice color and light. 30 May 2009 9:29pm @Anna.C: thanks, i am trying, merci Shahryar from Isfahan, Iranخیلی باحال شده،مخصوصا از لحاظ رنگ و سایه ولی فوکوست رو ویـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــزه نیست. 30 May 2009 10:00pm @Shahryar: areh daram tamrin mikonam @Ana Lúcia: obrigada @dj.tigersprout: thanks Earnest from Oklahoma, United StatesMuch better this time but the edge of the leaf is most in focus... believe me, it's not easy but is an improvement. 31 May 2009 12:52am @Earnest: yes, this is hard, so i keep trying, i hope it gets better. thanks Steve Rice from Olympia, United StatesGood job. In both cases though, the focus is sharpest on the leaves rather than the bugs. Maybe you could increase the DOF by using a smaller aperture. The composition is beautiful. 31 May 2009 1:23am @Steve Rice: yes thanks for the tip Lee from Fort Frances Ontario, CanadaPractice makes perfect. I know all too well. You're doing great. 31 May 2009 2:37am @Lee: thanks this is hard ishm from dubai, United Arab EmiratesGreat effert! I like this composition and the focus is sharper too. Nice! 31 May 2009 4:23am @bluechameleon: thanks Paco Díaz from Palma de Mallorca, SpainI think you have improved, but, as you know, the fly needs more sharpnes and detail. Did you use a tripod and the automatic shoter of the machine at 10 seconds?, the widest f? 31 May 2009 4:46am @Paco Díaz: thanks i hope i get better and better, thank you Zing from Hamilton, New ZealandThe fly is a little out of focus, love the composition though, nice one! 31 May 2009 7:41am @Zing: yes it is, i am learning macro so keep a look out, i hope i get better @Anouk: thanks @dkc: thanks |
